Wifi is available as high speed dsl only. The property is off a town maintained dirt road and has a dirt private driveway. While the town and us make every attempt to keep it plowed, sanded and salted in the winter, snow squalls are common and can quickly cover the drive and road making them slippery. Use of at least one four wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Cars can be parked at the top of the road and you can ferry guests up the short private drive if needed. Cleaning Fee A cleaning fee is assessed that allows for 6-7 hours of general cleaning and laundry. 99% of our guest stays are cleaned in that time. Time in excess of that fee will be billed at $50 per hour. Following the checkout procedures generally assures this does not happen but is not a guarantee. This is not a personal housekeeping fee and we ask you to respect our home by following house rules and procedures so we may all enjoy your stay.
