Fort Totten: Parking, Metro, WiFi & Walmart

Welcome to 57Thirteen - Your Home Away From Home! We are certain you will find 57Thirteen comfortable, cozy and convenient to your needs during your stay. The house has keyless entry. You can select a 4 digit pin code prior to your arrival, and the pin will allow you to conveniently check in and check out, as well as set the security system if you choose.. 57Thirteen has three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with comfortable queen beds and a full bathroom with tub/shower. There is a an additional living space/den and third bedroom on the basement level, and a full bathroom with a shower stall. There is also a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room, and we provide a full air mattress that works well in the basement living area. The basement area is a great hang out location for the kids and we even have a Wii console and a trunk full of toys and board games. There is a dining table with seating for six, and there are 4 additional tray tables and chairs available. There is private parking in the backyard of the house for up to two vehicles. The house is an 12-15 minute walk to Fort Totten Metro with access to 3 major metro lines (red, green, and yellow). We also provide up to 8 Smart Trip metro cards as a convenience to reload fare when commuting via bus or train. We just ask that you please leave the Smart Trip cards behind for our future guest to also use. There is also parking at the metro daily for $4.60. The train takes 15-20 max to get to downtown attractions. There is also free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Wii game console, and board games. We are also located next door to the new Walmart SuperCenter, Five Guys (great burger place),Subway, KFC/Taco Bell,and gas station. Just a 2 minute drive to Giant grocery store and a 10 minute drive to Costco.
