Prices are already discounted thru 2023. NO PETS NO CLEANING FEE*- owner has right to charge small fee if house isn't tidied up. Air Conditioning on first floor and in the bedrooms. All rooms have fans. It is located in Cambria, NY which is the center town of Niagara County. This is a rural community but minutes from Niagara Falls, Lewiston, Youngstown, Lockport, Wilson, Olcott, Pendleton, Newfane, Gasport and less than one hour from Buffalo, NY.
