Park your car like a good citizen and no trespassing into other people’s yard/property. Plus it’s just weird. Patio can be used for outside dinner with chairs and table provided in kitchen. No smoking inside of the home. If you decide to smoke outside of the home, that’s fine. BUT if there is evidence of smoke smell and droppings in the home, their will be a surcharge. If you are careless with your disposal, or it becomes excessive then we RESERVE the right to ask you to please find another location outside of our property to continue with your habit. Again, Collier Heights is a QUIET, historical neighborhood within the perimeter of North West Atlanta. Most residents have resided here since the the civil rights movement and have passed their properties to their relatives and children. Most neighbors are well acquainted and are vigilant observers and trust our judgment about who we choose to host. So please don’t let us down!
