The home is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and offers a first-hand glimpse into the world of viticulture. The home features four spacious bedrooms located on the 2nd floor (2 King/2 Queen -Simmons Beauty Rest Silver Edition). The main floor features a Den with a sleeper sofa that could also be used to accommodate guests overnight. The main living room features a 65” hdtv with a built in 1000w 5.1 surround sound system and DISH network HD programming. Dish network is also available in all sleeping areas. The massive formal dining provides seating for 8 guests comfortably. There are two full bathrooms, one located on the second floor with a large 72 inch soaker tub and the first floor featuring a full size stand up shower. Washer and Dryer are available to guests on main floor. Side yard features a darling white picket fence, with ample outdoor seating and gas barbecue grill overlooking the vineyards. We have recently added an outdoor fire-pit area with swings and picnic tables for guests use.
