The Kitchen boasts a custom black walnut counter tops, a large custom island, new stainless appliances and breakfast nook. Step out to the dining room surrounded in windows to sit at the custom black walnut tables. This is your home away from home! The space: This post and beam home sits on over 6 acres and abuts 77 acres of conservation land walking trails known as Cato’s ridge. This home was once a barn built in 1808 and sits across from the Little Jones River and Dennett Pond. The house is on a quiet street yet convenient to highways, restaurants and beaches. The front yard boasts the oldest black walnut tree in Massachusetts – it was here before the Pilgrims were! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Guests will have a key pad code to front door. The public walking trails can be accessed from the backyard or off driveway past river. Guest can take a meander through the back fields and down the trails if they wish. Kitchen also includes convection oven and stove top, microwave, coffee maker, tea pots and all the items for your cooking needs. WIFI password provided and Cable Television (includes HBO) included. No firepits or working fireplaces at this time. Plympton has some hidden gems and Plymouth is a very close by location and there something to do all year round and something for everyone!
