The house is near many of the lakes favorite attractions, Big Surf Water Park is just 5 minutes away, the Osage Beach Factory Outlet Mall and many golf courses are just a short drive away. The Perfect location for your vacation. Numerous restaurants and night spots by water or car are close by, several grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away, 2 ½ miles from Margaritaville by water. 6 golf courses within a 15 minute drive, the outlet mall is less than 20 minutes away. The Y Road General Store & gas station is only 1 mile away (they have practically everything). House & Decks 4 bedrooms, BR #1 = King, BR #2 = King, BR #3 = Queen, BR #4 = Queen, 2 sets of bunk beds in lower level, Queen size Air Mattress in Lower Level, 3 full baths, 3 outdoor decks, 2 well boat dock, fully stocked kitchen (food not included), living room, family room, laundry room, wet bar. The master bedroom is on the upper level it has a king size bed as well as its own private balcony overlooking the lake. Bed room #2 is also on the upper level it has a king size bed. There is a shared full bath on the upper level. Bed room #3 is on the main level it has a queen size bed. Bed room #4 is on the main level it has a queen size bed. There is a full bath on the main level. All bedrooms have closets with hangers, dressers with drawers. All beds have sheets, blankets and pillows. The lower level has 2 sets of bunk beds, a family room with wet bar & refrigerator, utility room with full size washer & dryer, and a full bath. The home sleeps 12 in beds comfortably 14 when air mattress is used. All bath & hand towels are provided. Lake/Beach towels are not provided. The kitchen opens to the living room it has a center island with 4 bar stools, the kitchen table seats 10, dishwasher, stove, self cleaning oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, wine rack, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, disposal, all eating & cooking utensils, dishes, cups, glassware, pot & pans, cookie sheets, serving trays, a huge pantry, walk out sliding door to the huge wrap around main deck overlooking the lake and boat dock. The main deck has plenty of seating offering one of the best views of the lake. Late afternoon shade assures comfortable evening BBQ’s and outdoor dining at one of the 3 different outdoor dining tables. A propane gas grill is provided for your use. There is a lower level covered deck if you need to get out of the sun. Master bedroom deck has chairs for relaxing and watching the sun rise and the boats going by. Please do not sit on or lean against handrails on all decks, they are there for minimal protection but are not designed or intended to be sat on or leaned against. Use decks at your own risk. Cable TV is provided in the living room, lower level and all bed rooms. The living room and lower level have large screen TVs and a DVD player. Wireless high speed internet service is provided. There are 2 HVAC systems allowing you to set your personal comfort levels, the 3rd floor has its own thermostatically controlled A/C & heat it is separate from the main floor and lower level heating & cooling system. Boat Dock: The dock is just 8 – 10 steps from the walk out lower level deck. It is a 2 well boat dock with swim platform, easy out ladder, table & chairs, a few life preservers are provided in the locker on the dock, life preservers are for emergency use only, not for recreational use. Both boat slips are vacant, you can park your boat or jet ski in them. The slips are 10’ x 25’. Deep, calm water in a no wake cove guarantees you a great swimming, floating, sun bathing, and totally relaxing experience. Fill your cooler, grab your sunglasses and spend the day on the dock, family fun at its best.
