The living area offers large comfy sofa, smart Tv with Netflix and beautiful view of the lake from the window. A fully functional kitchen including new stainless steel appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven) and all you need to cook meals throughout your stay- cook & bakeware, dishes, utensils, toaster and drip style coffee maker. A dining table offer you space to enjoy meals together or a space to work. A queen bed offered in the bedroom with large flat screen TV with Netflix enabled. Also, full bathroom with stand up shower. All linens and towels are in the unit for your use during your stay. We offer a pet friendly unit. Fire pit and charcoal grill available for guests use (wood & charcoal not provided). The best beach access near our unit is Breakwater Beach 5 minutes away by car at the Geneva State Park this beach is also pet friendly. The middle of the strip is approximately 1 mile away from our unit. On site parking available for guests. *Please note there is a complete metal stairwell leading to the entrance of the unit. This is a dual occupancy home and there is a unit available for vacationing guests under this unit. Entrances and spaces are private, there is no shared space. Starter pack provided for guests- 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 trash bags. Hand, dish soap and basic cleaning supplies provided for your use. Should you need anymore the closest store is located at Indian Creek Campground. All guests receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental Property.
