Overlooking a stunning private harbor, 'Harbormaster' is soundfront, yet less than a quarter mile from the beach. Four stories high, accessible by elevator, enjoy beautiful sunsets and front-row views of the kite boarders, wind surfers and sailboats that dot the sound, or just experience the starry night sky and the calm of the salt marshes. Harbormaster sleeps fourteen guests. The top floor features a soundfront king master bedroom and a beautiful clawfoot tub. The bedroom next door has two sets of bunk beds and features a luxurious shower. Both bedrooms have private balconies. The third floor features the kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances and granite counters, the dining room, living room and powder room. A large deck overlooks the harbor. The living room has plenty of seating. Windows wrap around the third floor for spectacular views from the harbor to the ocean. The second floor has three king bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies and another queen suite that is wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower. The lowest level features a movie theater with power reclining chairs, a game room with pool table and pub table, television, wet bar, dishwasher and refrigerator. The game room opens to the swimming pool and hot tub. Harbormaster includes access to all the amenities of Black Dog Harbor, including a boat ramp, boat slip, basketball hoop and cornhole game. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding and boating from the harbor, dock and gazebo, and boat ramp. Explore the sound in a (free) kayak, or bring or rent a boat or paddle board. Play on the top-rated, wide, sandy beaches, which are less than a quarter mile away, a short walk or bike ride. You can also pack your car with coolers and chairs, with plenty of parking at one of the dunes crossings. Convenient access to world-class windsurfing and kite-boarding, fishing, surfing, state parks, pirate lore, historic sites. The perfect combination of nature and vacation, sound and beach. Harbormaster accomodates up to 14 guests (maximum of 12 adults). Your quote will include "Additional Guest Fees" if you have between 12 and 14 guests. This fee offsets our additional costs for larger groups. Pool is available from May through October. Pool heat is available for $75/day.
