The Donald Ross Trail is a gorgeous five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home, located in the Homestead Preserve's Sheep Meadow neighborhood, and is less than a mile from The Homestead Resort. Sleeping ten, this stately brick home provides all the comforts of home and then some. Get a good night’s rest in one of the four king-sized beds or opt for one of the two twins. Each bedroom has access to a private bath, as well as a covered porch. Gather in the living room for a family movie night and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Cooking is not a problem in the gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island for food prep and mealtime. Dine as a group at the eight-person dining table and then head to the back porch to kick back and enjoy the quiet seclusion of your Hot Springs vacation. The basement is complete with a flat-screen television, a wet bar, pool table, foosball table, and an integrated sound system that allows music to be played throughout the entire house. The Donald Ross Trail includes Wi-Fi, and we encourage you to bring your four-legged friend, as pets are accommodated for an $100 additional fee. Guests also have access to the Old Dairy Community Center about 10 minutes away which offers a seasonal, outdoor pool, large indoor hot tub, game room and fitness center. **Please be advised that Old Dairy access is limited due to COVID-19, and will not be available if there is an event.** **Please be advised that Hot Tub and Sauna facilities at the Old Dairy are temporarily closed for maintenance.** Please note that guests must be 21 years of age to rent this property.
