THE PROPERTY: Queen Conch is a Key West hidden gem located in perhaps the best location you could ask for. Nestled in the heart of Old Town Key West - just 2 short blocks from Duval Street - you are within walking distance to anything and everything you will want to experience during your tropical vacation. Queen Conch is the perfect home with tropical pool for large groups and includes three separate vacation rentals - "Sea Conch," "Rooster Conch," and "Horse Conch." The downstairs, two bedroom unit - "Sea Conch" - offers an open and spacious floor plan throughout the living and dining area. Beautiful French doors open up to the covered porch and the lush, tropically landscaped garden and pool area. Upstairs lies two separate one-bedroom suites - "Rooster Conch" and "Horse Conch" - which can be accessed from the shaded balcony that overlooks the pool below, providing a cool spot on a hot afternoon. Each suite is decorated with its own splashes of tropical color and comfy queen beds. Each of the three units have their own fully equipped kitchens, quiet AC systems, and pull out sleeper sofas, making this the perfect home for group getaways such as family reunions, birthday celebrations, or bachelor and bachelorette parties! BED CONFIGURATION: Each of the two downstairs bedrooms includes a comfy queen bed, and ensuite bathrooms with large walk in showers and cute Key West decor. The two individual upstairs units also have an amazing queen bed. Each unit has a sleeper sofa as well. Please note there is NO TV in the bedroom of the Horse Conch. The shared washer/dryer is located in a shed on the left side of the home near the pool. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The complex boasts a breathtaking tropical outdoor area with a pool that is shared by guests. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. PARKING: Off-street parking for one vehicle, which is great since parking in Key West is limited. LOCATION: A majority of the tourist attractions are located here as well as numerous restaurants, shops and galleries. The neighborhood boasts historic homes, shotgun and conch style homes.  NEARBY: Grab morning coffee down the street from local favorites such at Cuban Coffee Queen, Starbucks, and 5 Brothers Coffee or go for lunch and drinks at world famous restaurants and bars like Caroline's, Fogarty's, Blue Heaven, Irish Kevin's and Sloppy Joe's - all within a 10 minute walk!
