Located on a prime section of the lake you'll have a front row seat to lake life. Enjoy the charm of a large, flat lakefront yard that is tucked into the wooded shoreline of Big Blake Lake creating an oasis for your family. Morning fishing from a private dock, hot summer days out on the lake anchored for swimming, long afternoons of yard games and evening campfires is how your family will make memories on your next lake vacation. The south side of the dock is groomed and set up for launching the kayaks and canoe. The north side of the dock is kept natural for health of the lake and fish, there will be plants growing along the shoreline and in the water. There is no swimming/wadding on the north side of the dock. Lake swimming is best from the pontoon anchored out on the lake however many guests enjoy swimming off the end of the dock were we groom weekly and the swim raft is located. 💦What is a day at the lake without a boat? Treat your family to early morning fishing, afternoons out on the lake swimming and sunset boat cruises. We'll have a pontoon gassed up and waiting for you at the dock. 💦Cabin Life. Well appointed and fully furnished this clean and spacious cabin has just about everything your family will need for a memorable vacation. Just in case you're worried you'll run out of things to do at the lake the great room is where a pool table, arcade table with 60 games, seating for the group, 50″ TV, WiFi and Netflix are located. A fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals easy and convenient while at the lake. Kitchen amenities include dishes, silverware, pots & pans and small appliances including a toast, microwave, toast oven, coffee maker, griddle, blender, crock pot and hand mixer. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 guests in 4 king and 4 twin beds. A deck and covered patio with seating overlook the lake. 🐾Fraser Fir is dog friendly. The cost to bring a dog is $25 per night not to exceed $125. The price is per dog up to two. Dogs can be added to (or taken off) any reservation between now and check in. Our insurance policy must approve the dog(s) and requires the breed, age and size of dogs. 💦Pontoon Rentals-Our summer 2022 rates are below, our season runs the Thursday before Memorial Day to the Thursday after Labor Day. * ➡️1 DAY RENTAL $199 * ➡️2 DAY RENTAL $349 * ➡️3 DAY RENTAL $479 * ➡️4 DAY RENTAL $589 * ➡️5 DAY RENTAL $689 * Rentals include gas & are Free after 5 days for as long as you stay! 💦Pontoon Rentals-Our spring season runs from ice off to the Wednesday before Memorial Day. Fall Season starts the Friday after Labor day and ends with ice on the lake. Our Discounted Spring and Fall rates are below. ➡️1 DAY RENTAL $99 ➡️2 DAY RENTAL $179 ➡️3 DAY RENTAL $239 ➡️4 DAY RENTAL $299 ➡️FREE ON MONDAY, TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY * Rentals include gas & are Free after 4 days for as long as you stay! A one day rental runs from sun up to sun down on the day of your rental. Tax is added to all rentals. Gas, Bimini top, life jackets, anchor and ladders included. Cancellation and rescheduling policy; We honor cancellation and rescheduling requests more than 60 days before check in. A $100 admin fee that covers the cost of processing the cancellation (the fee is waived for rescheduling requests with more than 60 days notice) and the non refundable credit card fees is deducted from the amount paid and the balance is refunded within 24 hours of the request. Guests are offered two different travel insurance options. Guests that decline travel insurance and request to cancel inside the cancellation window will not receive a refund. Payment Terms; We require a payment of $500 to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 60 days before check in, for reservations made less than 60 days before check in the balance is due in full.
