The In-Law Suite with private entrance is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 30 minutes to Newport & 20 mm to Block Island Ferry. You'll find a fire pit in the yard with Adirondack chairs where you'll able to enjoy the sunset over the pond and the beautiful display of stars at night. The in-law suite offers the privacy you would expect when renting an entire home . However, the cost is more affordable. Rental includes full use of yard and outdoor fire pit (also used by owner). Rental includes exclusive barbecue, outdoor table, exclusive outdoor warm shower, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and 3 kayaks. Walking distance (2 blocks) to pond where you can enjoy kayaking, clamming or just watch the sunset. Kids can ride their bikes up and down block or play in back yard. Enjoy a short walk to the beach, is just under a mile away.
