RESORT FEES All reservations with dates of stay from April 9th to April 16th require a one-time per person Resort Fee of $33 The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT During the month of March until Easter 2022, the home/resort owners require a Refundable Damage Deposit of $430. The damage deposit will be collected by the rental company at check-in. The damage deposit is payable in cash or by credit card.
