There is a full bathroom accessible from the hall with a shower. Also on the level is a master suite. It has a queen bed, TV, and sitting area. The updated bathroom suite has white cabinetry with a double sink, tile flooring, wainscot paneling, and a shower with glass doors. Head upstairs where the hall balcony overlooks the living area below. There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master suite is at one end of the hall. This bright room has a king bed, French doors leading to a porch, cathedral ceilings, and an HDTV. The new master bathroom has tile flooring, two sinks, a shower, and a tub. At the other end of the hall is the 4th bedroom with a queen four post bed and access to a hall bath with a shower. The family room upstairs features sliding glass doors in order to watch the TV without disturbing the rest of the house. This makes a great room for kids to enjoy their movies while the rest of the family watches their show in the living room. This room has been totally renovated with all new furniture, windows, cathedral ceiling and TV. It is a wonderful retreat! This great home is located on a quiet street in a very quiet setting. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
