This fully furnished Studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Lafayette. It is an upstairs studio hidden nicely behind a duplex apartment. Walking out of the apartment, you are in viewing distance of the very popular Parc San Souci, host to various live music events and festivals throughout the year. This home is also on one of the most popular Mardi Gras parade routes, as you will quickly notice with the remnants of Mardi Gras beads from several past parades hanging in nearby trees. There is a garage downstairs so there are no downstairs neighbors, however, the duplex in the front is occupied. This studio is approximately 400 square feet of living area. Full kitchen and private bathroom as seen in the pictures. There is a futon which sleeps 2 comfortably. An air mattress could be added to this Studio, if needed, for extra guests. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies and condiments. High-speed fiber optic wireless internet (WiFi) is included. This apartment does not have a designated parking spot. However, parking is available on the street or across the street in nearby lots. In high traffic times such as Mardi Gras and Festival International, there may be attendant on duty charging to park in the Don's Seafood Restaurant parking lot.
