Kapila Gardens Family Retreat w/ private pool

Kapila Gardens is an incredible one acre garden wildlife & bird sanctuary with over 100 trees and local plants and cactus species, multiple gazebo sitting areas and heated swimming pool. which is perfect for small retreat programs and family reunions with its 3 bedroom main house plus 2 bedroom apartment included in the base price that can accommodate up to 10 people. There are also 4 tiny house casitas and newly renovated garage space 20 x 20 ft which can be used as extra bedroom with two queen airbeds table & 4 chairs which can easily be removed for yoga meditation play or workout room for an extra 50.00 per day that can accommodate as many as 8 more people for a maximum total of 18 The base price advertised is just for the three bedroom main house and two bedroom apartment The 4 additional casitas and and newly renovated garage space 20 x 20 ft can each be rented for an additional 50.00 per day. Each of the casitas have one really comfy single /twin bed with sheets blankets & towels provided. Please let us know which of these you will need for your extra guests. Please note that we do not rent these spaces out to anyone else during your stay and do not enter any of the other casitas outdoor buildings unless you have made pre-arrangements to rent them. Also be sure to let me know if you need anything or if you would like the pool to be heated during your stay for an extra charge of 35.00 per day. Thank you
