Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. We know you must be ready to relax and start your vacation, and we want you to make yourself at home right way. BOOKING ALTERATIONS Change can be made to existing reservations within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, changes will incur a $35 convenience fee to reschedule EXCESSIVE CLEANING: Excessive trash and dishes, missed pickups, abuse of linen, and spills will result in additional fees upon assessment. Please clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Pool toys are to be placed back in bins and kept out of the pool. BBQ grill is to be cleaned promptly after use and covered properly to prevent rust and damage. NEIGHBORHOOD: Guest are to be mindful of neighbors. Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 8am). Please do not park on neighbor's lawn or block driveways. No more than allotted mount of guest at property overnight ( 6 guests). With the most quaint yard setting, The Enchanted Chatelet's beautiful outdoors is set up perfectly for your special day, providing a gorgeous spot for a garden event! 3 suites on-site, provide sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests, however, there is plenty of room to accommodate an intimate event of up to 25 guests on the grounds with a maximum of 6 cars parked on property. DFHOMES CHILD CARE SERVICES: With our full service staff, we can also arrange for child care services at our property or your desired location. Whether you need supervised care to prepare for your gathering, or a couple hours of free time for a romantic dinner during your special getaway, we can accommodate your child care needs along with lodging. Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Vacation Rental in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas. LAUNDRY: Guests are welcome to use on-site washer/ dryer. DFHOMES LAUNDRY SERVICE: We collect, clean, iron and drop off your garments in 24 hours. 1: SET THE DATE & SCHEDULE PICKUP: 2. WE PICK IT UP You relax, while we get to work – making sure we check each item’s label for care instructions. 3. DELIVERED TO VACATION RENTAL Everything comes back fresh & folded within 1 day. Beach supplies such as towels, beach chairs and toys, iron, ironing board, hangers and closet space in each room, Desk area for laptop with pens and lighting, BBQ grill and cookout utensils in kitchen area. Pamphlets, restaurant information and guidebooks for area attractions for all ages! GROCERIES AHEAD SERVICE: DFhomes staff can have everything in place before your arrival! Your personal grocery order is shopped, stocked and put away safely at the property. You choose all the products, you want and we will deliver your order to wherever you are staying. Have all your supplies stocked before you arrive so you can relax straight into vacation mode! Service fee of $35 for grocery trips less than $100 Service fee of 35% of grocery trips of $100 or more BBQ GRILL AND PATIO: Please clean up BBQ Grill and utensils, fire pit and deck area after use and return all utensils to proper location. An extra cleaning fee of $35 will be charged for cleaners to clean grill after your departure. CLEANING: For stays longer than 2 weeks, cleaning service can be provided upon request Please use the dishwasher to clean any dishes used throughout your stay to make transition for the next guests a little smoother. All Damages must be reported to the owners. Replacement fee may be charged. SHIPPING OF GUEST ITEMS: We would be more than happy to Ship guest items left behind: $35 service fee plus cost of shipping will be assessed UPON DEPARTURE: Please switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics to promote energy saving. **Please leave keys inside lock-box upon check-out. $35 key replacement fee for missing keys unless previously approved, a late checkout time fee of $50 will be charged after 10:15 AM as a result of delaying preparations for our next guests.
