Modern and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 Bath house near the Vineyard Haven ferry and beach. It's a .75 mile walk to the ferry so ditch the car and rent some bikes! Modern, comfortable design with lots of light. Airy, open concept layout with a spacious eat in kitchen. It's full of amenities like dishwasher, laundry, ice machine, flat screen television, HBO and more. Each bedroom has a comfortable king size bed so you won't have to squeeze into a tiny bed. Bedroom 2 also has a twin trundle and Bedroom 3 has a queen pullout sofa. There are two pullout queen size beds in the living room. The first bathroom is large and luxurious with a deep soaking air tub and large walk in shower. The second bathroom has a deep jetted tub, shower and double sink. There's a huge outdoor shower as well. The kitchen is user friendly with everything you need to cook up a feast. Stainless appliances, wall over, gas stovetop and quartz countertops or you can BBQ on the screened back porch. We designed an arbor in the front of the house with benches to wait for the bus if you want to leave your car behind. The house is custom designed to be functional and beautiful. NOTE* It's a busy street so we've fully fenced the yard for seclusion and the insulated windows block most of the noise. Clean luxury sheets, bedding and towels provided as well as beach chairs and beach towels.
