It is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shopping & many attractions. Some free street parking can be found at times, but a better option is the lot located behind the apartment ($15/night min) or ask us about our parking options ($ available on a 1st come 1st serve basis). The metro, Mont-Royal Ave & St-Laurent Blvd are at less than a 5 min walk. Whether it is for a family vacation or a business trip, this apartment is just perfect. In this space, you will have access to the whole apartment on the 2nd floor. There are 12 steps and NO elevator. Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the most popular and vibrant places to stay in Montreal with plenty of shops and cafés, & "mom and pop" stores. Le Metro Mont-Royal is 5 min walk. Taking the subway is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets. Parking is tricky! 24H parking remains the best option. Taxis or Uber are easily found in Montreal and there is a phone in the apartment you can use to order one. Other notes: - This property has video surveillance outside front and back. - Photo ID or other documentation will be requested for any reservation made less than 30 days before check-in. Thank you for your understanding. - Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent or legal guardian's consent in writing. - For reservations of 28 nights or more, the guests will be responsible for paying the electricity consumption. Bills will be provided. Plan between $75 and $150 per month, depending on the season. - Monthly reservations are priced for 4 adults. Each additional adult will be expected to pay $250 extra per month. - As of 2019, for stays of less than 30 nights, if you book a trip STARTING or ENDING on a SATURDAY, you will be asked to pay an additional C$150 for each Saturday. - No 3rd party reservation will be accepted. The person making the reservation must be present at check-in. - Visitors and additional guests are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted by the owners. - Non-smoking policy: Cigarettes and cigars are tolerated only if smoked OUTSIDE. Marijuana is NOT permitted on the premises, not even in the courtyard. If you choose to smoke marijuana, we ask that you step outside in front of the building. When smoking outside, please do not through cigarette butts on the ground. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. - Early check-in (1pm) and/or late check-out (1pm) available only upon request and at an additional cost of $58 CAD each. - Parties are not permitted. If a noise complaint comes up, you will be notified and if the noise does not stop, you may be asked to leave. IMPORTANT: - Our building and home insurance do NOT cover the guest's personal belongings and we can not be held responsible for them. - We are certified by the CITQ and are a registered business in the province of Quebec. All applicable taxes will be charged GST, QST and the QC Lodging tax. An additional receipt may be issued upon request. - To protect yourself and others in your party, please consider adding travel and liability insurance to your booking. - This property is NOT recommended for toddlers since there is an unprotected staircase inside the apartment.
