The Villa Sunrise is the ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries in the sunshine of Florida. The Villa Sunrise is located in a quiet neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. No waterfront. The Villa Sunrise offers you 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, an extra smaller living room to pull back and read and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. Two TV's can be found in Villa Sunrise one in the living room (42” plasma TV & Blue Ray player) and one in the master bedroom (32” TV). For days, you do not want to spend time at the pool we have 3 bicycles in the garage for comfortable exploring rides around the area of Cape Coral. The Pool area and terrace with 'screen' protected from insects and furnished for 6 guests (chairs and table) . There is an electric pool heater for "cool" winter days (daytime temperature approximately 77-82f and at night it can cool down to pleasant 52-59f) with baby fence (child safety lock) if required. Beach chairs and beach toys for the little guests are there for to use. On the pool deck, there is waiting a BBQ grill ready to be used for our barbecue friends who want to grill their own juicy Steak and be their own chef. The special feature of Cape Coral is the unique map with countless canals. Already in the 1950s, visionaries had the idea of crossing the southern tip of the peninsula on the Cape Coral. So, a total of 400 miles of canals came together, so it is also a saying about Cape Coral, Venice of America - an absolute vacation! In the preferred areas, there is always a change of road for cars and a canal for boats.
