A huge pool (not heated) in the backyard with grill (propane). *Grill is propane only and we do provide a tank on property, however we do not refill the tanks, therefore if planning to use the grill, you will have to take to the local Walmart (not neighborhood) or other store and pay approximately $15-$20 to refill the tank we have on property. Additionally, we require guest to clean the grill prior to departure. If not cleaned an additional fee of $50 will be applied to your stay. Quiet neighborhood! Great space for getaways with family*. Downstairs Master has private bathroom access while 2 bedrooms and loft bedroom upstairs shares a restroom and a half bath located downstairs near living room.
