This pet-friendly home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just 5 minutes from the beach, and is walking distance from the Bay Pines VA Medical Center, wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and a scenic biking/jogging trail. Enjoy your privacy with a separate entrance and a private fenced backyard featuring screened-in patio with seating, BBQ grill, and palm trees. Make yourself at home; relax and enjoy this piece of paradise! The exact amount of guests MUST be disclosed at the time of reservation for insurance purposes. The house is suitable for up to 3 guests. Dogs are allowed with prior approval. The one-time pet fee is required ($125/pet), otherwise, it will be charged against your security deposit. If you are traveling with a service or emotional support animal note that given their role in providing service or emotional support, assistance animals should not be left alone at our home. No cats allowed.
