Bayside Rentals Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be changed or cancelled in the first 7 days after your initial deposit with no penalties, we will refund 100% of your deposit to you. Cancellations after the 7 days will not be refundable unless we are able to re-rent the week. If we are able to do so, you will be returned all monies paid less a $75 Cancellation Fee. Tucked in the wonderful community of Wildwood Association in Moultonborough, NH this beach access home is very spacious and has plenty of room for everyone! So much to do for the whole family, the association offers a private beach with a swim raft and day docking, over 300ft of sand, sun, and fun, a tennis court and basketball court! Inside the home find a finished basement with a game room including air hockey, ping pong, a pool table, lots of board games, a large projector screen, and an X-Box and PlayStation! Hosting a large open living area and kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 on the main level and 2 on the upper level) and 3 bathrooms, this home sleeps 12, offers AC, and a washer and dryer! Pets are subject to owner approval on a case by case basis for an additional $250.00 pet fee. SLEEPS 12!!! PLEASE NOTE: Linens and towels are not included in this rental so please inquire about renting these items when making your reservation as they are on a first come, first serve basis.
