This listing includes 3 units, all on the same 1/2 acre property, shaded by mature oak trees with ample parking for up to 8+ vehicles. - The first unit features an open floor plan, 17 ft cathedral ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, live edge slab bar top, a 250 sqft of deck and outdoor living space, a bedroom with queen bed on main floor, loft with queen bed accessed by a spiral staircase, and spacious bathroom with tiled shower. This first of 2 units comfortably sleeps 6 with two memory foam Queen beds and one queen pull out couch. - The second unit is a newly renovated, 2 bedroom apartment with a private entrances to both rooms, a beautiful rustic design, black walnut countertops, fully stocked kitchen, and a large tile shower with granite bench seat. This second unit comfortably sleeps 5 adults with two memory-foam Queen beds and one futon. -The third unit is set up like a studio but is still very spacious. This unit has everything you need to feel right at home including a comfy king size bed, a love seat and a table that can easy turn into a area to eat or work. A his and hers sink, a separate shower and jacuzzi tube provide plenty of space. This unit is also equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and all the supplies you'll need. The spacious walk in closet is equipped with a ironing board and iron. There is an additional queen bed available in this unit if needed. Located off this unit is a 300 sqft covered deck with the outdoor kitchen and living area made complete with an outdoor television. Please note that this unit is attached to the hosts main home and although we try our best to be courteous of guest, there is the potential of noise transfer. -All units have televisions with access to plenty of streaming services. -In addition guests have access the to the fenced-in 1/2 acre backyard featuring deck with tons of seating, a patio with a small grill, another deck with an outdoor kitchen and television, 2 outdoor showers, corn hole boards, and ample parking for cars, boats, RVs etc. (Please notify host if you would like to use the outdoor kitchen so a quick tutorial can be provided.) - The host lives in the front half of the main house which the apartment is attached. While these units are located on a large lot, and I strongly encourage having good times while enjoying our amazing city, please be conscious this is a residential neighborhood and respect the outdoor noise curfew of 11pm. ***Please note that number of guest is based on 2 people per bed. If you plan to sleep 1 to a bed, this property sleeps 8 (including pull out beds). ***We have implemented COVID-19 protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guest. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned between each guest using CDC recommended cleaning products and procedures. In addition, the unit is equipped with cleaning supplies so guest can routinely clean frequently touched spaces throughout their stay. This is a self-check in unit so there is no need for guest/host interaction unless requested. If guest/host interaction is required, we will follow social distancing guidelines to the best of our ability.
