There is a lot of information below. ✭ You're staying in 1 out of only 4 lofts in the entire building! Super private haven in the middle of Broadway! LOFT #201: As soon as you walk into the building, LOFT #201 sits right at the top of your first flight of stairs. LOFT #201 has 1 private bedroom with a King size bed and en suite full bathroom. A half bath is located in the hallway. (see photos). In the living room, there is a raised section where Zen meets Glam and there are two twin trundles (which pulls out to 4 twin beds). In the lower part of the living room, there is a pull out Queen sofa bed . Lots of options to choose from for sleeping! As you can see in the photos, 201 boasts high ceilings and spacious kitchen with bar seating. The space is the perfect home base for your stay as you're literally in the middle of everywhere you'd want to visit. (Pease read more below for parking and more info) **There is an additional $200 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.** ***HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING*** Hey future guest! We're excited to have you! A great deal of passion went into setting up our Nashville home so that it would be beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for yours and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book: -There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house. - Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free. -Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, we have exterior security cameras that would allow us to see if there is a party going on and how many guests are ACTUALLY staying at the house. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 12). Please be sure to notify us when booking if that is your intent. -Guests must use provided handrails when using stairs. -Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI please! Glitter will stay for years and is very difficult to get rid of. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls do to your decorations may result in being charged. -Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The $120 fee is to cover the expense hiring our awesome cleaner, Meagan, to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, sanitizing, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind (excessive trash left out that's not placed in the provided trash bins, spills on the floors, rugs, or walls, excessive amount of dirty dishes, personal biohazards left out, etc.) Please follow easy/common check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in perfect shape. -Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable hosts and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property. -RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit. -Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (we had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me). -No illegal activity of any kind allowed. We try to communicate it as clear as possible in our listing in our description and broken down in the "House Rules" before guests book and agree to those terms. We try to be as upfront about it on our listing as much possible avoid surprises. It is approved by Airbnb and you can read about it more here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/481/how-do-taxes-work-for-hosts EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price. RESERVATION CHANGE FEE (less than 30 days out): -NO reservation changes are allowed within 10 days or less from the original check-in date. -Any reservation changes made 30 days or less from their check-in day will incur the $100 change fee (and still not allowed within 10 days from check-in date). -All reservation changes are final, will not be eligible for refund, cannot be changed twice and must be used within the next 365 days -When a guest is not eligible for a refund, we can refund them the difference in price if their canceled dates get rebooked. The total price of your reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the Host, plus fees or costs determined by either the Host or Airbnb. Extra guest fee: Charged by some Hosts for each additional guest beyond a set number. GUESTS INCLUDED IN PRICE : 4 AIRBNB CANCELLATIONS: 100% Refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking if check-in is at least 14 days away. 50% Refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in. VRBO CANCELLATIONS: - Full refund (minus $75 processing fee) if cancelled 60 days before arrival Guest Access: 24/7 keyless entry access to the building and both lofts. The Neighborhood: The apartment is set along Broadway, as soon as you walk out the front door, you are steps away from the honkytonks, live music bars, BBQ joints, and record shops that line downtown Nashville’s iconic nightlife strip. The Johnny Cash Museum and Country Music Hall of Fame are both a stroll away. Getting Around: If you want to know how far my lofts are located from your points of interest, just enter "Boot Barn" on Broadway Ave. as my location and you'll have a very accurate time/distance when entering into any sort of digital map or GPS. NO FREE PARKING. The closest parking lot is on 4th and Broadway. Highly recommended that you not rent a car unless you're wanting to venture outside of Nashville. Cabs, Uber, and Lyft are the best way to get around! I have some promo codes at the lofts for free first rides if anyone in your group is a first time Uber or Lyft rider - so make sure to download the apps before you arrive! Other Things to Note: This loft is not a street view loft, the windows open up to the alley. NO FREE PARKING. The closest parking lot is on 4th and Broadway.
