Driving into this property you will feel like you are deep in the north woods. The newly remodeled home offers all the amenities of home, including heat, washer/dryer, full kitchen, microwave, coffee pot and more. Outside amenities include year-round hot tub, patio furniture and a dock. Feel free to bring a boat, tie up to the private dock with miles of navigable water or bring a fishing pole and fish right off the pier. WE ALSO OFFER PONTOON RENTAL DIRECTLY THRU US This area boasts four seasons of sports and activities in nearby, small town, Waterford or a short commute to either Milwaukee (25 minutes) or Chicago (90 minutes). This family-friendly area has activities from pumpkin patches and hay rides in the fall, fishing and grilling in the summer, hiking in the spring and skiing or ice skating in the winter. The surrounding area has many restaurants and bars to choose from, including American, Mexican, Italian, Thai and some of the best pizza or fish fry's around. We offer EITHER a refundable security deposit of $1500 OR $59.00 damage protection insurance. Upon booking confirmation, we require a signed contract. There are no guests, visitors or gatherings allowed at the property. The owner will visit outside only to treat and maintain the hot tub.
