There's great local fare within walking distance at Minnetonka Cafe, and it's just a short drive to Bear Lake West Golf Course and the fascinating Minnetonka Caves. Things to know: Free WiFi No A/C (floor and ceiling fans in the studio) Shared washer/dryer at the lodge Kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker * To sleep the max amount (an additional two people), guests must bring their own bedding and air mattress. All other bedding is provided at no charge. Parking notes: You may park anywhere in the driveway, or on the gravel on the sides of the cul-de-sac. Please be courteous of your neighbors and do not park on the main road. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
