Amalfi Coast A108 condo has currently been renovated. From new furniture, granite tops and top of the line appliances.. Amalfi Coast A108 is a three bedroom condo that overlooks two pools and the beautiful maintained grounds. Step off your private 56' patio for easy access to two pools (one seasonally heated), sugar white sandy beach, large fire pit. Amalfi also has a full exercise room, two tennis courts, basketball court many Charcoal grills on premises. Not to mention the 8 acres of green area to walk around in. Plenty of parking and close to anything you may need . A108 sleeps six, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Everyone has there own bed and bathroom. This is a perfect place for a family vacation. During the months of April - October we provide two beach chairs and umbrella at the beach. Also a great place for a snowbird to meet people and use all the amenities. You are minutes away from restaurants, golf, grocery store and retail specialty stores. And of course the BEACH is less than a 30 Second walk from the main gate to the sandy beach. The grounds are immaculate and are all gated. You won't find a nicer well maintained greener 8 acres around Miramar Beach. Amalfi Coast is all about convenience and having what you need to enjoy your stay. Mitch and Denise Appleby On sept 13th 2021 Walton County placed barricades across the front of the Beach access area and will begin the construction of the new Beach Amenities and Access. NO ACCESS IS ALLOWED THROUGH THIS AREA! You can access the beach at the Geronimo access which is located East of the Amalfi entrance at 735 Scenic Gulf Drive. You will still be allowed to use the beach across from Amalfi, but you must access it through the Geronimo access. From the drive-in gate at Amalfi walk to the left to the next pedestrian cross walk, That is the Geronimo beach access. It is less than a two-minute walk to the access. WE ARE EXCIED the new Beach access is going to be nice with Ramp, restrooms, etc. DUE to be complete April 2022. During beach chair season LDV (beach boy) should be at access on left.
