Kimball downstairs

( please be aware there is a 2 night minimum for Friday and saturday nights) This is our second rental property located downstairs from our first. We've taken great care to make this an airy yet cozy space. Your space is completely private with everything you could want in a fully furnished apartment close to everything yet peaceful and homey. Our space is designed with you in mind - comfortable beds and plush towels and a full kitchen for snacks or meals. We provide snacks in the fridge on arrival - some kind of bread or fruit or granola bars or all of the above. We provide the things we always wish we had when we go away like paper towels and butter and salt and pepper and a few eggs and a real refrigerator.  The wifi is fast and the tv is big and there's a reading nook for a little resting spot. We enjoy hosting couples and families and have met some really nice people and it shows in our reviews. We are very kid friendly with a swingset and sandpile in the front yard. There are several playgrounds within a 5 minute drive. Please note a 2 night minimum for Friday and Saturday .
