The three bedroom, two bathroom home has a modern design with an bright and airy open living and dining area opening onto a stunning cedar paneled Carolina sunroom. A stone’s throw from the Carolina Hotel and a short three- minute walk from the village shops and restaurants, the Hollister House is the perfect hub for your stay in the Sandhills. Special update regarding our current global health crisis: Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations, and, when possible, we are allowing the house to sit for 72 hours between guests. New for 2021, an outdoor living space! The space Our 1,800 square foot house, which was renovated 2018 and freshly painted in 2019, is spacious with plenty of privacy and ample driveway and garage parking. It sits on a quiet tree-lined street in Pinehurst village. Inside the house you'll find a three bedrooms: one king with master en suite bathroom, one room with two double beds, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom is outfitted with luxury linens. The baths are spa-like with floor to ceiling tiled showers and modern vanities. The fully renovated kitchen includes brand new fridge, dishwasher, and in-island oven/stove, opening shelving, and an adjacent mud room, pantry and laundry area. The living/dining area has an open concept and has a bright airy feel, which is something we believe makes Hollister House stand out against other Pinehurst rentals. Luxury bed linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, detergent, hair dryer, noise machine and filtered water are all provided.
