The complex is made up of only 40 individually owned units, so it is very quaint, private, and quiet. Situated on a gated tract of land in a prime location where Gulf Blvd begins it's journey north, right off of South Padre Island Blvd. Walk to the entertainment district, shopping, restaurants, CVS, etc., you are in the heart of it all. The complex boasts a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court with pickle ball, a basketball goal, and an available volleyball net upon request. Unit #209 provides, (but does not guarantee) it's guests with tennis rackets, pickleball equipment, beach paddleball, soccer ball, basketball, football, boogie boards, beach umbrella & chairs, an ice chest, board games, and whatever else you might find in the guest closet.
