Our home is set back from the road with a very large deck set high to take in the wonderful views. Main level is open, bright and airy w/a predominantly windowed front. There is plenty of sleeping quarters with the newly added 3rd bedroom and upstairs loft as well as room to comfortably move around. Frye Island offers 12 sandy association beaches, a swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, a restaurant and an ice cream stand. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating and fishing including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway.
