THE HOME: Our 2-story raised home is on the water and has 3,600 square space of living area that includes a front street-side balcony and a large back water-view balcony. Both balconies have abundant seating, small tables, and the back water-view balcony has Adirondack chairs, benches, swings, and a bar, as well. The lake is salt water and is great for dolphin watching, fishing, and crabbing. BEDROOMS: Bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. All 5 bedrooms and the living room have cable TV. Floor 1 bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms, floor 2 shares a bathroom. KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM: There is a dining table that seats up to 8 people. We have a large kitchen island with 3 stools: perfect for cooking space and extra seating during meals. The home has a foosball table, and an 8-seat card table equipped with cards and board games. (The card table has a cover, if you want to use it as an extra dinner table) The entire back wall of the living room is windowed, so you can see the dock, water, and partial driveway. GROUND LEVEL: The lower level (covered garage area) is the perfect area to boil your seafood or use the charcoal grills. We also have a propane burner for seafood boils. There are plenty of lights in this 2,000 square feet-covered area! There is a half bath located in the elevator room. DOCK: There's room for sun bathing, fishing, crabbing, and a swing if you want to just watch the water (or sit and fish). The fishing is great, especially from August to November. The home has about 8 fishing poles. You are welcome to bring your own fishing gear or you can hire a fishing guide/charter—some of which will pick you up on our dock. There are 4 sinks with running water located on the dock to clean your hands or clean your catch! Crab traps provided! We provide life jackets for all swimming activities. We have a boat slip for your private use. There are plenty of lights on the dock. You can fish all night! The dock also has a jumping platform that everyone really enjoys! If you want to bring your boat and/or jet skis, there are two boat launches within a mile. PLEASE NOTE THAT LARGE PARTIES (more than 15 people) AND WEDDINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
