The main floor is crowd-friendly with a split bedroom plan and two gathering spaces . The upstairs living area can be the kids' game room! The upstairs has a kitchen, laundry, full bath, queen bedroom, living room and office. Having both inside and outside entrances for second story apartment allows flexibility for privacy or connection. The futon couch in the office provides overflow sleeping. Air mattress. and crib are available on request. The upstairs area is rented only with the main floor - no one else will be at the house when you are there! Private 2 acres with a beautiful koi pond and picnic area in the backyard. The large, flat back yard beyond the pond beckons for flag football or catching fire flies. Well behaved dogs are always welcome with a pet fee. Key pad entrance makes check in a breeze at your convenient time. We are always available to make your stay comfortable and stress-free.
