The property is in a gated community with roaming security guards, 24-7. It is a 5-l0 minute walk to the Turtle Bay Resort with access to a beautiful sandy beach. At the Kuilima Estates, there are 2 communal pools (use fob card to enter; lost fob card is a $50 fee) and 2 communal tennis courts. Walking paths throughout Kuilima Estates are perfect for a peaceful morning walk. Also available for use are BBQ grills located at the communal pools. We live 5 minutes away and are available to help guests with questions and concerns Located on the Turtle Bay Resort ( beaches, restaurants, golf, biking, hiking, all ocean activities, beach bars, luaus, nightlife,etc). The Guidepost, located in the resort lobby, can help set up any activity you wish to pursue while on your Hawaii vacation! 10 min to Polynesian Culture Center 10 min to World Class surfing beaches (Waimea Bay, Banzai Pipeline, Sunset Beach, etc) 10 min to Waimea Valley (hike to waterfall) 20 min to Haleiwa town (restaurants, shopping, etc) Bus stops for public transportation can take you anywhere on the island! The parking stall is located directly in front of the condo. Also available is ample guest parking (A guest pass is required for any additional cars.
