The master has a king bed, a queen sofa bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed. Third bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin sofa bed. The fourth bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils. 2 dining tables seat up to 16. Owner provides initial complimentary paper goods, coffee and tea. Use of Wi-Fi throughout the entire house, cable TV and DVD player included in the main family room and cable TV hook up in all 4 bedrooms. Fenced in yard with patio, that backs up to another home. Keypad for entry, so no need to worry about remembering the keys. 2- car garage. Home is in walking distance to the community park, and playground.
