Two levels, in the heart of the Mexican neighborhood, with a main bedroom on mezzanine, two others sleeping down at the first floor. Kitchen full furnished and equipped, big lot with fruit trees, 2 or 3 cars parking, birds, dogs, cats, tortoises ....... Electricity bill included in the price from Nov 15 to may 1st, IF NO A/C USED. IF YES, PRICE UP to 30% more. Peace and Security on this full apartment, full equiped I have a bunch of tips about Guaymas, San Carlos, where I've been living for almost 20 years Mexican neighbourhood, the lot is safe and 3 cars can be parked on it. Pets welcome and safe, no way for them to escape. Just be responsible for their needs private entrance, big door I'll be around if needed , next door Mexican traditional Neighborough Bus to downtown (15mns) at the corner of the boulevard Periferico There is a bus stop next block (50m) to go downtown, every 10mns. The 30 U$D for the cleaning is charged at the check out If long term rental, the renters have to take care of the cleaning of the apartment and the patio............. and dogs needs ...... !! every day
