Our property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, near downtown. Restaurants, hospitals, drugstores,bus stops and 2 convenience stores (Oxxo, Super Siete) are walking distance away. The Obispado, which is a historic monument, is also very near. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. You`ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Our property was built with red bricks and we also have trees which keep our apartments cool during the summer and warm during the winter. We have gas heaters and fans available for you to use if needed. Each bedroom has a 1 1/2 T mini split (air conditioning) unit which you can use for an additional cost depending on how many hours you decide to use it daily, although the temperature must always be kept at 24° c, in other words, a comfortable atmosphere during your stay, not too cold or not too warm. In our back yard, there is a small space where you can wash and hang your clothes. (We do not provide washing or drying machines, but there are laundering services nearby )
