Private Waterfront home in 50 Acres of Woodland

Come and relax in this tranquil waterside home. Private and secluded - it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. A beautiful setting to escape from the city for a while and enjoy time to yourself or share great times with friends and family. This is a single-story chalet-style bungalow with three bedrooms. It has a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom & shower, and two further bedrooms that are next to the main bathroom. It is nestled in 50 acres of private woodland overlooking a small lake. You have free run of the house. I am nearby, but will leave you to your own thing (unless you need something!!) The house sits between 2 towns; Port Jervis is 20 minutes in one direction with a train directly to Hoboken (Change at Secaucus for NY Penn). In the other direction (about 15 minutes) is Monticello, with a bus direct to Port Authority in NYC. There is a huge Walmart in Monticello and there are many shops in both towns for all your needs. There is also a very cute local store five minutes away for essentials. The Forestburgh Playhouse is 2 minutes away for a show in the summer, and the Catskills has a huge variety of activities. If you are more into the glamour of Vegas, then the new Casino is just outside Monticello! You will need a car when you are up here, there are cabs for those big nights out. Bus and Train run into NYC and take 2.5-3 hours door to door.
