Behind the kitchen is a cozy family room with library, games, large sectional sofa & bluestone fireplace. On the other side of the house is a large formal living room with another bluestone fireplace and a 55" Roku TV with Polk Audio Soundbar. A modern half bath is adjacent. Off the living room is a sunroom with a bluestone tiled floor and floor to ceiling windows. The sunroom spills out onto the deck. Upstairs is the master suite with sitting area & walk-in closet. Master "en suite" bath features a custom, copper soaking tub that easily accommodates two. Facing the tub is a separate, large stand-up shower. A toilet room with door is attached. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a contemporary style queen bed. A beautiful full bath with brand new tub & shower and double sinks is located adjacent. Our locally based property manager lives just minutes away and is available to assist you around the clock. A small deck with ladder makes water access easy but please swim at your own risk! Our locally-based property manager Liz is an experienced superhost with extensive knowledge of the area. Liz lives just a few minutes from the property and can assist you before and during your stay. The house is located on a highly desirable, scenic road with very little car traffic. A car is recommended. NY Trailways bus (NYC to Phoenicia route) stops less than a quarter mile from the house however once you arrive it is difficult to get around without your own transportation (Uber and Lyft operate in our area but the services are still relatively new and there are not many drivers).
