Lovely condo near Downtown Bloomington

This warm, cozy condo is located a block from Downtown Bloomington in a beautiful, majestic one hundred year old all-brick building. Only a short walk away are the Bloomington Center for Performing Arts, McLean County Museum of History and the Bloomington Coliseum, as well as many excellent restaurants, numerous art galleries, boutiques and night spots. The condo is well-equipped for cooking, grilling and dining and has satellite TV and high speed internet. The condo is thoroughly disinfected and all linens washed between rentals. Guests have their own private entrance to the unit. The condo has many wonderful features including high ceilings, natural original woodwork, newly refinished hardwood floors and all new windows. The unit has a well-supplied kitchen, including coffee pot, electric tea kettle, crock pot and outdoor grill. The entire condo is yours to use. The deck area on the back side of the condo is for your exclusive use. Either I or a friend of mine will be available to assist you during your entire visit. The condo is located just two blocks from Main Street in Downtown Bloomington, on a quiet side street. Within the building there are seven privately owned condos. Free parking is available on site. City bus transportation is available four blocks from the condo. There are many shops, art galleries, restaurants and bars just a few blocks away. Please note that there are residents above, below and next door to this condo. It is important that guests are respectful of neighbors at all times, observing quiet hours from 10 PM until 8 AM. Please also note that during the months of cold weather, the building is heated by steam heat from a common boiler. It is common to hear a loud knocking sound for about 5 mins in the pipes when the steam first begins circulating through the building. The positive side of radiator heat that it is a moist heat.
