A Family Heirloom - Historic 1839 Downtown Mystic Home
This historic single family home has been in our family for over 100 years. You will be steps from the mystic river, downtown shopping and restaurants. It has been rejuvenated and given fresh paint, new furniture and charming decor. The home is located on a quiet side street a minute's walk from the best restaurants and attractions in town. It comes with a new queen bed, queen sized sleeper sofa, washer, dryer, walk-in closet, full bath, full kitchen, dining area and back deck with a yard and garden. Guests with small children will find a pack-n-play, toys, cups, plates, and utensils all suitable for little hands. Our house is located around the corner from the newly established Engine Room restaurant, Anthony J's, and the Mystic River drawbridge. The famous Mystic Pizza is less than a 10 minute walk from the house with wonderful trinket shops, clothing stores, a playground and other cafe's/restaurants lining the way. Guests will be invited to stay on the first floor. The second floor is unoccupied but off limits to guests.
