Casa De Gracia - Entire Ocean Front Villa

La Casa De Gracia is a beachfront villa that can accommodate everything from family vacations to large events. It has 7 Bedrooms (plus a sleeping loft and convertible living room area with queen sleeper sofa and sliding privacy doors), 7 full baths, two decks overlooking the beach, a vast private courtyard, and garages for 4 cars. Casa De Gracia is a beachfront villa with multiple units that can be opened up to flow together or closed off for privacy when needed. At sand level is Casa Marina which has a main bedroom with a king bed and en suite full bath, one back bedroom with a queen bed, one all purpose room with a queen sleeper sofa (and sliding privacy doors), an additional full bath, and a full kitchen. We recommend this for 4-6 people. It has a private entrance and a vast wooden deck that steps right down onto the beach. Directly above Casa Marina is Casa Estrella. They are connected by an internal stairwell which can be locked from both sides. Casa Estrella has a main bedroom with a high California king bed with panoramic beach views and en suite full bathroom with a bathtub. There are two back bedrooms with queen beds and semi en suite three quarter bathrooms. Up a ladder from the main living room is a sleeping loft with full mattress. There is a vast kitchen with a double oven which flows into a dining room. There is a courtyard for games and grilling with a barbecue and ping pong table. And overlooking the beach is a 800sqft tiled patio deck. We recommend this for 6-8 people or more. At the street level are two separate casitas, each with ocean views. The North Casita has a king size bed, a full bath and additional pull out couch while the South Casita has a king bed, a fireplace, a full bath, and a kitchenette with a small stove and minifridge. Our two garages can accommodate four cars. We also encourage you to inquire about our additional services, which include everything from basic cleaning to daily turndown service, in-house chef, massage therapy, horse rental, additional security, surf board rental, stand up paddle board rental, and tours to nearby wine tasting and culinary wonders in the Valle de Guadalupe. You'll have access to the entire villa. Up to you. We highly discourage the use of fireworks, given the risk of fire and stress to local horses and animals. This is something we share with the community and the security personnel working to keep the area safe.
