Beautiful well cared Home the heart of the Guadalupe Valley, located inside Rancho Sordo Mundo. It’s very peaceful and you will be able to enjoy some quiet time. It’s right off the main highway from Tecate to ensenada. 5 minutes away from the local town valle de Guadalupe and neighbors to encuentro Guadalupe and Cetto. It is very comfy and spacious, a full kitchen to be able to cook meals, a nice living room to enjoy some reading or game nights. Count with a beautiful view and patio. It’s a peaceful place to end your night for a good rest and very close to all the great places in the valle de Guadalupe it counts with 2 bedrooms inside the main house plus 3 extra separate rooms on the side, each with their own private bathroom. Please be aware that we are a Ranch and there is always little bugs and ants around. Please be aware of that. We try our best to have everything very clean but nature always finds a way. Somos una casa dentro de un gran rancho, nuestro espacio cuenta con la casa principal, con 2 habitaciones con A\C, más 3 habitaciones con su baño privado a un lado de la misma, todo el conjunto alrededor del jardín exterior. Por favor mantenga en cuenta que somos un Rancho y siempre hay hormigas o pequeños insectos alrededor. Por favor tenga eso en cuenta. Nos esforzamos en tener nuestras instalaciones lo más limpias posibles. Our property is big and others live on the property, we ask to not wander around just for the privacy of others. You are able to have use of the kids play area. Also you can enjoy the front patio it is very enjoyable. music and partying after 10:00 pm WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! The town is 5 minutes away and you can find a various of mini markets, some tasty taco shops, gas station and pharmacy and not to say all the wineries and restaurants that its known by.
