This cute place has an oversized master bedroom with plenty of space, a second bedroom with a bunkbed that has full size on bottom and twin on top, and a pull down couch in the living room for extra space. The open living room, kitchen and dining room has a great view and vaulted ceilings. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. You will have access to a washer and drawer located in the garage downstairs. Steep access to the space via stairs. There is no air conditioning in the home. There are ceiling fans in the rooms. The temperature in St. Charles averages between a high of 87 during the day and 52 at night during the summer. Temperature in the home is regulated by closing the windows and blinds during the day, and opening windows in the evening and turning on the fans. You will be able to use the washer/dryer in the garage below the apartment. Parking is outside near the building on the circular driveway or in front of the two car garage on the cement. Access to the 2 car garage is not available as that is our private storage space and houses the lawn mower etc. If your into biking or going for a scenic drive there is a road all the way around Bear Lake which is about 50 miles. The other home on the property also has guests during the summer. Feel free to interact respectfully with them as you would neighbors. Keep the noise level low after 10 PM. There is no A/C but if the windows and blinds are closed during the warm hours and opened at night the cool breeze at night keeps it great temperature all day. The main house gets the yard with the fire pit, horse shoe pit, and the outside games in the shed. The north west locked room as well as the main garage are off limits to guests.
