This Victorian Italianate Home, is a registered State Historical Home. A labor of love has kept the character of the 1870's, yet all the conveniences of today. Plenty of space for plenty of fun! Plenty of parking. Long half circle drive for easy in and out with a trailered boat. Corner lot just a few steps from Lake Huron. Walking distance to Downtown Shopping, Restaurants, Parks and Beach. Great place for scrapbooking retreats, (Kitchen table 82', Dining Room table 102') Create you own retreat with family and friends! The house is 2600 Sq Ft. There are 5 bedrooms (plus a sitting room with a daybed off the Master Bedroom). 4 full bathrooms (2 with showers, 2 with claw tubs). Master Bedroom = 1 King, Daybed w/2 twins, East Bedroom = 1 King, West Bedroom = 1 Queen, Back Bedroom = 1 Double (full), Main Floor Bedroom = Daybed w/2 twins. Total of 8 beds. 3 Crib available by request. (1 Full Size Crib, 1 Infant Crib, 1 port-a-crib) We take pride in our property and are responsive to all of our renters needs. Since we are local, we attend to our guests directly. We personally welcome you to the house and give you an acquaintance tour. The house is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home! Less than a block lake access. 2 short blocks to a public beach. 4 short blocks to the Lexington Village Theatre and Pub and shopping and Restaurants. Sales Tax is included in the quoted rate. No additional fees. Baby Package is available. A Keurig Coffee Machine with 24 Single Serving K-cups are provided for you. You may wish to bring additional servings of your own favorite flavor. There is also a Cuisinart Thermal Caraf Coffee Maker in the pantry for brewing regular coffee. Coffee filters are provided. Regular Ground Coffee is not provided. We've recently added a beautiful cedar deck! The deck includes a natural gas grill, granite counter and outdoor sink. There is a patio table and chairs, plus additional bench seating. Beach towels, beach blankets, lawn chairs, etc are not provided. Please provide any items that will be used outside the house. Beach Towels are available on site, for purchase. Indoor linens, including sheets, bath towels, pillows, blankets, tablecloths, placemats, tissue, and TP are provided. Baby wipes are provided for makeup removal. You may wish to bring your own washcloths for removing makeup, for you and your guests. We have 3 TV’s, a DVD/CD player, games, books, movies and a few indoor toys for the little ones. Redbox is available at the Family Dollar, 3 blocks away. We provide many extras for your use, like wine glasses, serving dishes, flower vases, etc. Our intention is for you to enjoy the conveniences of home.
