It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen w/wood cabinetry, separate dining room to seat 6, cozy living room w/50" Flat Screen TV and a full bathroom off the living room. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other two each have a full bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor as well. Washer/dryer in the basement. 50" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the Highest Speed Internet offered 400 mbps and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!
