Relaxing Beach House, Gated Community w/ Amenities

Perfect place to get away for a while! Come spend some time at the beach and escape the heat! Many amenities available for use, such as BBQ, stove and laundry on site. Pool 2 blocks away, good restaurants/bars 2 blocks away, beach 2 min walk. Very safe neighborhood with guards, 5 min drive from Rosarito, 15-20 min from border, 1.5 hr to Valle de Guadalupe. Nearby beach access and small convenience stores within walking distance. Sleeps 10-12 people with couches and airbed also available for use. Very open and spacious with outside deck w/ BBQ (Charcoal only, big grill). Laundry available on site. Safe street parking available. All of the house, also welcome to use neighborhood pool (ask for pass) and bbq (coal only) at own discretion. Call me if you need anything or feel free to message me here! Very safe, very quiet for the most part. Taxi/Uber available from front gate 2 blks away. Guards at gate able to phone taxi if need be. Plenty of parking, feel free to bring a car.
