Charming private studio, near wineries

This charming studio was recently renovated to offer more amenities and comfort for our guests. Looking to relax and unwind? This is your most serene ambiance in the valley. Perfect for adventurers, wine aficionados and anyone looking for a change of pace in a peaceful setting. Located a few blocks off main Highway #3 in a private residential community, you'll feel safe and secure while you check out the spectacular stargazing or catch a breathtaking sunset. The recently renovated studio is connected to the main house with a separate private entrance. It was designed to be spacious and comfortable. We have a queen size bed with a memory foam topper for a good nights rest after a long day of wine tastings or other activities. The air-conditioning and heating unit is very quick to adjust the temperature for you. A brand new bathroom with a water saving toilet and shower stall is quite efficient. Our water comes from local spring wells and we store plenty to ensure we always have enough for our guests. If you'd like to cook a meal, the kitchen has full size appliances and most utensils such as a coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware and dishes, etc. Feel free to brew a cup of coffee each morning or cook a full meal by picking up groceries at the nearby convenience store brew a cup of coffee each morning. A lovely feature are the large windows with amazing views of the surrounding hillsides and vineyards. You can enjoy some fresh air by sitting on the deck enjoying the grounds complete with trees and native plants for an abundance of nature and fresh mountain air. The setting is rustic and full of natural features such as dirt roads, a steep entrance to our property and a little dust will get on your car for sure but its part of the adventure! It is safe to walk around the neighborhood. I using a car, restaurant and wineries in the area, have good parking spaces I can help you with general directions in the area. W are in a private family residential zone of the main highway Ensenada -Tecate, It Is a mix residential and commercial area. A walking distance to restaurants , wineries, and breweries, My home is located one mile from the highway which has public transportation every half an hour. If you like to hike, it has a tail that goes to Ensenada, it is used by hiking clubs the first Sunday of each month, from Ensenada to the Tecate -Ensenada road , about 25 Kilometers. Restaurants, Winery and a Brewery all on a walking distance.
